HRO Today Magazine today announced the carefullywatched results of its annual Bakers Dozen ranking of major recruitmentprocess outsourcing firms. The results were based upon a survey completedby 378 HR executives who are current buyers of RPO services. Chanel Charm Necklace The RPOproviders were rated on the breadth of their service, the size of theprograms they manage and the quality of service provided. The market wasgrouped into 3 lists. The Enterprise Bakers Dozen list which has beenprovided by HRO Today for 5 years is the top providers in RPO. Themagazine also provided other lists of the top Global Providers and a newlisting of the top Mid-Market and Project/On Demand Providers.

The RPO Bakers Dozen List, the flagship product of the survey, wasdeveloped from information culled on 45 firms that eventually reduced downto the final 13 which were then ranked according to a pre-determined set ofindices.
In addition to the rankings, aggregate survey data about industry trendswas also developed this year and can be found in the July/August issue ofHRO Today magazine on and will be presented at theupcoming RPO Summit in December 2009 in Las Vegas, NV.
